The Fil-Am social media star slayed the red-carpet in a vintage black and yellow Roberto Cavalli creation, paired with some show-stopping thigh-high boots.
Bretman Rock attended the VMAs to present the award for Best Breakthrough Song.
The winner, Claire Rosinkraz (“Backyard Boy”), couldn’t make it, so Bretman received the award on her behalf.
