Lemon Square Cheese Cake Mango Layer Cake

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack Lemon Square Cheese Cake
1 cup condensed milk
250 ml all-purpose cream
1 pc mango (cut into cubes)
1 pc mango (cut into strips)

PROCEDURE:
1. Cut the Lemon Square Cheese Cake in cross-section. Then cut into crescent shape to form the base of a 6-inch round spring form pan.
2. In a separate bowl, whip Chilled All Purpose Cream at medium to high speed for 2 to 3 minutes using electric mixer or until texture is foamy. Then add condensed milk.
3. Continue mixing until all ingredients are well mixed.
4. Add the Mango cubes, using a spatula/rubber scraper mix until the mango cubes are equally distributed.
5. Add layer of mango cream on top of cheese cake base. Add another layer of crescent-shaped cheese cake on top. Add another layer of mango cream.
6. On the top most layer, arrange pre-sliced mango cut into strips. Arrange in concentric circles, forming a flower-shape.
7. Chill for 24 hours.
8. Remove from spring form pan. Serve and enjoy!!!

INGREDIENTS:
12pcs Lemon Square Lava Cake
250 ml all-purpose cream
1 cup condensed milk
1 bottle cherries with stem
Chocolate shavings

PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, whip Chilled All Purpose Creamer at medium to high speed using electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes or until texture is foamy. Then add the condensed milk.
2. Continue mixing until all ingredients are well mixed.
3. In a spring form pan, cut the Lemon Square Lava Cake and cut the edges to form the base.
4. Add a layer of cream.
5. Place another layer of Lemon Square Lava Cake over the cream.
6. Pipe cream on the last layer and add cherries with stem on top.
7. Chill for 24 hours.
8. Remove from spring pan. Serve and enjoy!!!

Easy Lemon Square Cheese Cake Refrigerator Cake
Good for 6 to 8 servings

INGREDIENTS:
For the crust:
6 packs Lemon Square Whatta Flakes Spanish Bread crackers, chopped
¼ cup melted unsalted butter (+ 1/8 cup)
1/8 cup white sugar
For the filling:
10 pcs Lemon Square Cheese Cake, cubed (set aside 1 cup for toppings)
3 packs chilled all-purpose cream
1 can condensed milk
1 block of cheese, cubed
2 tubs yogurt (original flavor)

PROCEDURE:
1. For the crust, finely chop Lemon Square Whatta Flakes Spanish Bread crackers. Pour the melted butter and sugar onto the crumbs. Mix well until incorporated. In a container, put the crust mixture and flatten using a spoon or spatula. It should be firm and solid. Put in the fridge and chill.
2. For the filling, beat the chilled cream with a wire whisk or fork until it doubles in volume. Add the condensed milk, yogurt, cheese, and Lemon Square Cheese Cake. Fold the mixture.
3. Get the chilled crust from the fridge and pour the filling mixture. Top with the remaining Lemon Square Cheese Cake cubes. Chill in the fridge until filling is set.

Peanut Butter Fried Lemon Square Choo Choo

INGREDIENTS:
10 pieces Lemon Square Choo Choo Chocolate
1 cup peanut butter
1 pack pancake mix
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup or powdered sugar
Vegetable oil for frying

PROCEDURE:
1. Slice the Lemon Square Choo Choo cake bites in half.
2. Spread peanut butter on one half, then put the other half on top. Freeze.
3. While waiting, mix the pancake according to instructions.
4. Heat up oil. Get the frozen pies and coat with the batter, one at a time.
5. Place the mixture in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
6. Serve the fried Lemon Square Choo Choo with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, or sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
