Ji Chang Wook and Girl’s Generation member Sooyoung are confirmed to star in an upcoming drama together!
According to a Soompi report on Tuesday, the two actors will appear on “Tell Me Your Wish,” a drama inspired by an actual organization in the Netherlands that fulfills the wishes of terminal cancer patients.
In the drama, Chang Wook, known for his roles in “Healer,” “The K2,” and “Lovestruck in the City,” will play Yoon Gyeo Re, a young man who has gone through life in an orphanage, youth detention center, and prison.
After an accident, he volunteers at a hospice and joins the staff in fulfilling their patients’ last wishes.
Meanwhile, Sooyoung, who starred in “So I Married the Anti-Fan” and “Run On,” will play Seo Yeon Joo, a nurse at the hospice who gives hope to her patients.
Veteran actor Sung Dong II is also confirmed to play Kang Tae Shik, a man who works as the hospital’s volunteer chief after he loses the meaning of life.
