Jay Durias, Luke Mejares, and Duncan Ramos are coming together for a show!
South Border announced earlier that former vocalists Luke and Duncan would be reuniting with Jay and the rest of the band at the Chooks-to-Go Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) Invitational Finals.
In a recent Instagram post, Luke made everyone excited when he shared a photo of themselves rehearsing for the event.
They will be doing the preshow before Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards and the Basilan–Jumbo Plastic Medical Depot battle it out for the winning title.
The event, which will be held at SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on Thursday night, is free of admission and will also be streamed live on the Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas and MPBL Facebook pages.
South Border, which shot to popularity in the 1990s, are popular for songs such as “Rainbow,” “Love of My Life,” “Kahit Kailan,” and “May Pag Ibig Pa Kaya.” – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
