Now that Ryzza Mae Dizon is 16 years old, the former “Aleng Maliit” has become dedicated to having a fit and healthy lifestyle, especially during the pandemic.
In an episode of “Stories of Hope,” Ryzza Mae said she has been working out a lot, with the guidance of her mom, while she is at home.
“‘Pag hindi ako nag-work out, lagot ako kay Mama. Magagalit siya sa akin kasi gusto niya po na fit ako, healthy po ako kasi importante ang workout sa ‘tin,” she said.
“Mahirap na po ‘pag nagkasakit. Dapat maintain lang po ‘yong healthy lifestyle,” she added.
Apart from keeping healthy, Ryzza said she also wants to work on her look as she enters adulthood.
“Gusto ko rin naman po na pumayat po ako kahit konti, kasi siyempre nagdadalaga na po ako. And para magka-leeg na rin po ako kahit konti,” she said.
Ryzza Mae has been sharing her fitness journey bit by bit on social media. On YouTube, some of her vlogs feature her workout routines, while others have her introducing healthy meals to her viewers.
The “Aleng Maliit” turned 16 years old in June and instantly made fans realize — and shocked them — by how fast time flew. She also wowed everyone when she showed how much she’s changed in the past four years.
Just to refresh your memory: The bite-sized television host was only six years old when she won the Little Miss Philippines competition of “Eat Bulaga.”
At that age, she also became TV’s youngest talk show host by headlining “The Ryzza Mae Show.” — Franchesca Viernes/LA, GMA News
